Set before Cree and Chad became a teenager.

"Mr. Wigglestein, you're under arrest for the crime of spanking!!" shouted one of the KND agents. Several other operatives surrounded the adult, pointing a bottle of mustard at him--except that the bottle of mustard was revving up and glowed had a laser pointer aimed directly at him.

"I-um-um-um- I didn't mean for it to go that far!" stammered Mr. Wigglestein nervously. "I-I don't r-really want any t-trouble with y-your o-organization! B-believe me, I-I'm much more content on the s-sidelines!"

"Well, mean to or not, the act of spanking is a declaration of war against kids, which means you're now officially a supervillain! Congratulations!" announced a third agent derisively, as he bound him. They didn't ask him how he, until now a neutral adult, knew about the Kids Next Door, but that didn't matter right now. 

"O-ouch!!"

"Wait, wait!!"called out one of the agents. "We don't want to wrongfully send anyone, even if they're adults, to the Arctic Prison. Were there any witnesses?" a really cool girl asked.

"Yeah. Me," said a blonde boy, rubbing his sore behind.

"That's the look 'a stingin' pain, alright," concluded Numbuh 11, the really cool girl. "And who was th' one that paddled you, Numbuh 274?"

"Him," Numbuh 274 pointed at Mr. Wigglestein.

"Alright, Numbuh 9, get Mr. Wigglestein outta here!"

Numbuh 9 led Mr. Wigglestein away.

"Um uh...pardon me, but um, where are we going?"

"You're going---to Arctic Prison."

Numbuh 9 loaded Mr. Wigglestein on the Arctic Prison Transport, and the vehicle lifted off into the sky.
